Can you help York, North Yorkshire and East Riding LEP?

The local based Market Research Company –The Buzzz Ltd are working on behalf of the LEP to understand the impact broadband and internet access is having on small rural businesses as Superfast roll ot nears its close.  They need to convene 3 x 2 hour early evening workshop sessions to be held in Thirsk, Skipton and Driffield during the first week of December.

The Buzzz want to reach out to any of our members who have broadband connection or will have soon, and who would like to have a chance to make their views known to the LEP by getting involved. The groups are being organised through Sally Dexter of Feedback Research who are co-ordinating the workshop attendance and making sure that everyone invited meets the criteria they have to meet to be invited. Each attendee will receive a thank you payment of £70 cash + light refreshments on the night and a chance to represent the views of rural farming businesses in the period where Superfast broadband roll out is coming to a close.

We should stress this is not to discuss providing connection but how you use or could use the internet to the benefit of your own business.
