Federation of Small Businesses is looking forward to being back at the Royal Norfolk Show next month!
The show is the biggest business event on the regional calendar and takes place at the Norfolk Showground this year on 26 and 27 June. We will have a marquee at pitch 137 on the Royal Avenue.
Existing FSB members and any businesses interested in finding out more about us are welcome to visit the marquee and to meet local FSB representatives.
As a lobbying organisation for small firms and the self-employed, we’re particularly keen to talk to local businesses about their key challenges so that we can engage with MPs and local authorities across the region. This year we’ll be asking visitors to the marquee to fill out a (very short!) feedback postcard and will be holding a prize draw for those businesses who tell us about their biggest challenge.
Visitors to the marquee will also be able to meet some of FSB’s service providers: the legal hub, FSB Insurance, and our funding platform. These services are available to all FSB members.
We’ll be joined at the marquee this year by advisers from New Anglia Growth Hub, so local business owners visiting the marquee will be able to receive advice and support on a wide range of issues. Invest East, which is delivering a support programme for businesses who want to raise finance, will also be exhibiting in the marquee and is keen to speak to SMEs looking to grow.
As ever, some fantastic local small businesses will also be with us. The Lanes Clinic will be back by popular demand, and will again be offering visitors free massages, while Trios Catering will be on hand to serve a range of refreshments.
Dereham-based agency Tangerine Creative, which is able to help local businesses with graphic design, print and photography projects, will also be exhibiting.
And we’re delighted to say that the ever-popular FSB Ale, produced by Hindringham-based Norfolk Brewhouse, will also be making a return this year.
Everyone is warmly invited to our marquee for what should be a fantastic couple of days!
