Rutland County Council and the FSB are once again working together on the Autumn Rutland Business Summit for the morning of November 6th, and with around 100 attendees expected, businesses are being encouraged to mark their diaries early.
The event takes place each spring and autumn. In February, a room full of representatives from businesses of all sizes gathered in Greetham for the Spring summit, to meet and discuss future trends affecting our local, regional and national economy.
After February’s event, FSB member and Rutland County Council leader Oliver Hemsley said: “As someone who’s owned and operated a business in Rutland for more than 30 years, it was fantastic to see so many local businesses come together to discuss the latest trends and key issues affecting our local economy.
"I’d like to thank all the guests who attended, our expert speakers and the FSB. The summit was a great opportunity to draw on their collective experience and think about new ways of working. We’ve had some tremendous feedback and I hope businesses and the local economy will benefit as a result.”
As well as hearing from special guest speakers on key business topics, businesses will have the opportunity to network and make new business opportunities.
